Drumming reminds us how simple connection can be: a shared beat, a supportive circle, and a moment to be fully present.
No matter the age, group, or setting, there’s always a place for you in the rhythm.

There’s something powerful about making music together. A shared rhythm can bring us into the present moment, create connection without requiring words, and offer a simple way to express ourselves, release tension, and have fun.
Keating Healing Rhythms offers drum circles for children, adults, seniors, workplaces, community groups, private gatherings, and more. No musical experience is needed. There is no right or wrong way to participate. You simply find a rhythm that feels good to you and discover what happens when that rhythm becomes part of something shared.
Circles are led by Ben Keating and shaped around the needs and energy of each group. His approach is inclusive, accessible, and rooted in the belief that everyone has a voice to contribute.
Groove Bear Rhythm: Kids & Youth
Groove Bear Rhythm brings drumming, movement, creativity, and play together in an engaging experience designed for children and teens. Drawing from the Beat the Odds® curriculum and incorporating trauma-informed and social-emotional learning practices, these sessions create opportunities for young people to explore rhythm while building connection, confidence, and self-expression.
Great for: schools, camps, homeschool groups, scout troops, youth organizations, and celebrations.
Seniors & Elders
Drumming offers a joyful and accessible way for older adults to connect, participate, and engage with others. Sessions can support movement, coordination, memory, social connection, and emotional wellbeing while creating an opportunity to simply enjoy making music together.
Great for: senior living communities, adult day programs, community centers, and elder groups.
