Find Your Way Forward
Coaching with Melissa Keating
There are times when we know something needs to change, but we’re not quite sure how to get there. Melissa offers a supportive, grounded space to slow down, gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and move through change with greater intention.
Her work supports individuals navigating life transitions, personal growth, identity shifts, parenthood, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected. As a trauma-informed coach and behavioral health coach, Melissa offers non-clinical support rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect for your individual experience.
Her services include transformational coaching, perinatal behavioral health coaching, meditation, Reiki, and peer support, with each experience shaped around where you are, what matters to you, and the kind of support you need moving forward.

Coaching & Support Offerings
Transformational Coaching
60-minute online session
Transformational coaching offers one-on-one support for navigating transitions, reconnecting with yourself, and creating meaningful change in your life. Together, we explore where you are, what may be keeping you stuck, and what you want to move toward, while building greater clarity, self-awareness, and trust in yourself along the way.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you, drawing from trauma-informed coaching, mindfulness, reflection, and practical tools that support both insight and action. Reiki energy healing, meditation, or grounding practices may also be incorporated when they feel supportive and comfortable for you.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about creating the space to hear yourself more clearly, reconnect with what matters, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
Perinatal Behavioral Health Coaching
(Offered beginning October 2026)
60-minute online session
Perinatal coaching offers compassionate, trauma-informed support through pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and the transitions of early parenthood. It’s a space to talk openly about what you’re experiencing, feel seen and supported, and find practical ways to navigate the emotional complexity of becoming and being a parent.
Sessions are shaped around what you need right now. We may explore overwhelm, anxiety, low mood, identity changes, birth experiences, relationship shifts, returning to work, or adjusting to parenthood. Coaching can include education around perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), grounding and coping strategies, mindfulness, realistic goal setting, and creating a personalized support plan.
This is non-clinical support focused on helping you understand what you’re experiencing, strengthen coping skills, and identify meaningful steps forward. Coaching does not replace therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment, and referrals can be provided when additional support is needed.
Littles are always welcome when childcare isn’t available. Sliding-scale pricing is available when cost is a barrier.
Peer Support Groups & Community Events
Online & In Person
Community-centered spaces for honest conversation, shared experience, connection, and reflection. These gatherings create opportunities to feel seen and heard without judgment, explore meaningful topics alongside others, and build connection through shared experience.
Healing and personal growth don’t always happen in isolation. Sometimes simply being witnessed, hearing someone else’s story, or realizing you aren’t the only one can create space for something to shift.

What It’s Like to Work Together
You don’t have to navigate life’s transitions alone. I’ve been through my own seasons of change, and I’m here to help you find your way through yours.
Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and a secure link to your session. New clients will also receive a brief intake form to review and return before our first meeting so we can make the most of our time together.
Each session begins with a conversation about what’s happening in your life right now, what you’d like support with, and what you hope to explore or work toward. From there, our time together is shaped around your needs. We may explore goals, patterns, perspectives, practical tools, grounding techniques, mindfulness practices, or other approaches that support the work we’re doing.
Rather than recording sessions, I provide written notes and resources when helpful. This gives you something to return to while allowing our conversations to remain a private, present-moment space where you can speak openly and freely. Any resources or notes I recommend will be sent to you within 48 hours of your session.
Depending on your needs and comfort level, sessions may also include a guided meditation, grounding, energy healing practice, or a brief integration exercise. This creates space to settle, reflect, and absorb what came up during the session rather than simply moving on to the next thing.
For those who want ongoing support, coaching packages are available. Working together over multiple sessions allows us to revisit goals, notice patterns and progress, and adapt our approach as your circumstances evolve.
Support That Works Alongside Your Care Team
Meaningful wellbeing rarely happens in isolation. We each have a unique combination of people, practices, and resources that support us, and coaching can be one part of that larger network.
As a behavioral health coach and peer advocate, I provide non-clinical support focused on reflection, education, practical tools, coping strategies, and meaningful steps forward. Coaching does not include diagnosis or clinical treatment and is not a replacement for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.
When appropriate, our work can complement the care and support you receive from therapists, medical providers, and other members of your care team. We can explore what you need as a whole person, strengthen the supports already around you, and identify additional resources when needed.
Your Privacy Matters
Your privacy and trust are important. Personal information and session records are handled with care using secure practices designed to protect your information. When HIPAA applies, appropriate privacy and security standards are followed. Additional details about confidentiality and privacy practices are provided during the intake process.
