​Music has always been more than sound to me. It’s a bridge between people, a release, and a reminder that healing can be both powerful and playful. Before stepping into this work full time, I spent years as an artistic enrichment coordinator for adults with special needs, creating inclusive spaces for creativity, connection, and self-expression. That experience deeply shaped my approach: everyone deserves a place where they can show up exactly as they are.

I’ve trained with several incredible teachers and programs, including Beat the Odds, Village Music Circles, Jim Donovan’s Drum Circle Leadership, and Life Changing Energy Sound Healing. In 2024, I was honored to receive a Mass Cultural Council Grant for Creative Individuals, which helped me expand my work and bring drumming and sound healing to even more communities.

Today, through Keating Healing Rhythms, I lead community drum circles, team-building sessions, and sound journeys that remind people that healing doesn’t have to be heavy, it can be rhythmic, uplifting, and deeply human.

When I’m not drumming, you’ll probably find me playing disc golf in the woods, spending time with my family, or exploring new percussion instruments (and occasionally convincing my wife that we need just one more drum).
