Relaxation & Sound Healing

Reset, Realign, Resonate

Sound has a way of drawing us out of our thoughts and back into the present. Through sound healing, meditation, and guided relaxation, these experiences invite you to get comfortable, let your attention soften, and take a break from the pace of everyday life.

There is nothing to accomplish and no particular way you need to participate. You can close your eyes, listen, breathe, and allow yourself to receive the experience as it unfolds.

You may come hoping to quiet a busy mind, ease tension, deepen a meditation practice, or enjoy an hour with nowhere else to be. Whatever brings you in, the invitation is the same: get comfortable, tune in, and give yourself permission to rest.

What to Expect

Each experience blends sound, meditation, and mindful attention to create an environment where you can settle in and rest. Melissa and Ben work together with a variety of instruments and practices, allowing the experience to unfold at an easy, unhurried pace.

Sessions may include:

  • Crystal singing bowls and tuning forks

  • Chimes, gongs, and gentle percussion

  • Rhythmic drumming

  • Vocal toning and intuitive voice

  • Guided meditation and breathwork

  • Grounding and relaxation practices

Experiences are shaped around the setting and the people taking part. Sessions may be offered privately, in small groups, or as part of community gatherings, retreats, and wellness programs.

Why Sound & Meditation?

Sound and meditation do more than offer a break from a busy day. Research suggests that meditation and music based practices can support relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and encourage greater awareness of the present moment. Emerging research on sound based practices, including singing bowls, also points to potential benefits for mood, tension, and overall wellbeing.

You may notice your breathing begin to settle, your thoughts become a little quieter, or your body start to relax as you listen. Each person experiences sound and meditation differently, and there is no particular response you need to have.

People often turn to these practices to:

  • Ease everyday stress and mental chatter

  • Encourage relaxation and rest

  • Create moments of stillness and reflection

  • Feel more grounded and present

  • Support a meditation or mindfulness practice

  • Reconnect with themselves

There is no right way to experience a session. Come in, get comfortable, and let the rest of the world be somewhere else for a while.
