Find Your Way Forward
Coaching with Melissa
Sometimes you know things need to change, even if you are not quite sure what that change looks like yet. You may be navigating a transition, adjusting to a new role, feeling stuck, or simply realizing that the way you have been moving through life no longer feels quite right.
Coaching with Melissa offers space to slow down, talk things through, and reconnect with what matters to you. Together, you can explore where you are, what may be getting in the way, and what moving forward could look like in a way that feels true to you.
Melissa brings a trauma-informed and compassionate approach to her work, with experience supporting personal growth, identity shifts, long-term recovery, postpartum, parenthood, and other seasons of change. Her role is not to tell you what your path should look like, but to help you create the space and clarity to find your own way forward.

Coaching & Support Offerings
Individual Coaching
60-minute online session
Investment $99
Individual coaching offers a supportive space to work through change, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters to you. You might be navigating a transition, feeling stuck, working toward a goal, or simply needing space to sort through what is on your mind.
Sessions are collaborative and shaped around you. We may draw from trauma-informed coaching, mindfulness, reflection, and practical tools to help you better understand where you are and what you want to move toward. Meditation, grounding practices, energy healing or Reiki may also be incorporated when they feel supportive to you.
This is not about having all the answers or becoming someone new. It is about creating space to hear yourself more clearly, explore what feels possible, and take meaningful steps forward in a way that feels like your own.
Perinatal Behavioral Health Coaching & Postpartum Support
60-minute online session
Investment $125
Pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood can bring changes that are difficult to prepare for. This coaching offers a supportive space to talk openly about what you are experiencing, make sense of what you are feeling, and find practical ways to care for yourself as you adjust to this new season of life.
Sessions are shaped around what you need right now. We might explore overwhelm, anxiety, low mood, identity changes, birth experiences, relationship shifts, returning to work, or the everyday realities of adjusting to parenthood. Our time together may include education around perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, grounding and coping strategies, mindfulness, realistic goal setting, and creating a support plan that works for you.
This is non-clinical coaching and postpartum support focused on helping you feel more informed, supported, and equipped to navigate what you are experiencing. It does not replace therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment, and Melissa can help connect you with additional resources when more support is needed.
Littles are always welcome when childcare isn’t available.
Sliding-scale pricing is available when cost is a barrier.

Peer Support Groups & Community Events
Online & In Person
Being with people who understand can make a meaningful difference. Peer support groups and community gatherings offer a welcoming place for honest conversation, shared experiences, and genuine connection without pressure to have everything figured out.
Gatherings may center around a common experience, life transition, or topic, with opportunities to talk, listen, reflect, and learn from one another. Some are ongoing groups, while others may take the form of workshops, conversations, or community events.
There is comfort in realizing you are not alone in what you are carrying. Hearing another person’s perspective, sharing your own, or simply being present among others can bring understanding, encouragement, and a sense of belonging.
Curious about what’s coming up? Visit our Events page to explore upcoming gatherings, or reach out at Support@HealingRhythms.org to learn more.

What It’s Like to Journey Together
Our work begins with where you are right now. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to coaching, what feels important, and what you’d like to explore or work toward. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Part of our work can be figuring that out together.
Each session is shaped by what you need that day while keeping sight of the bigger picture. We might explore a challenge from a new perspective, notice patterns, work toward a goal, or identify practical steps you can take moving forward. When helpful, I may also bring in mindfulness, grounding, meditation, or energy healing practices to complement our conversation.
After your session, I’ll share notes, reflections, or resources that may be helpful to return to. I don’t record our sessions because I want our time together to remain private and focused on the conversation in front of us. Any follow up materials will be sent within 48 hours.
Before your first session, you’ll receive a brief intake form along with everything you need to join our meeting. If you decide you’d like continued support, coaching packages are available so we can build on our work over time.
There is no expectation to have it all figured out before you begin. We’ll start with where you are and take it from there.
Coaching as Part of Your Care
Coaching can be one part of a larger circle of care. You may already have a therapist, medical provider, psychiatrist, support group, or other trusted people and practices that contribute to your wellbeing. My role is not to replace those relationships, but to offer another layer of support.
As a behavioral health coach and peer advocate, I provide non-clinical support through reflection, education, practical tools, coping strategies, and goal setting. Coaching does not include diagnosis or clinical treatment and is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.
When you are working with other providers, coaching can complement that care by helping you put insights into practice, strengthen the supports around you, and identify what else might be helpful as your needs evolve.
Your Privacy Matters
Trust and privacy are an important part of our work together. Your personal information and session records are treated with care and stored using secure practices that follow HIPAA standards for privacy, confidentiality, and information protection.
Before we begin, you’ll receive clear information about confidentiality, privacy practices, and how your information is handled so you know what to expect.
