About the event
Gems in the Shadow: Uncovering Inner Gifts | Wisdom Within
Gems in the Shadow is a community-centered space for personal growth, self-exploration, and meaningful connection, co-created and facilitated by Melissa Keating and Katrina Wiese. Through trauma-informed practices, guided reflection, and supportive conversation, we create space to explore the parts of ourselves that are often hidden beneath life's experiences.
This October, we're exploring Uncovering Inner Gifts: Wisdom Within, inviting you to reconnect with your strengths, recognize the wisdom you've gained along your journey, and discover what may be waiting beneath the surface.
Join us online for an evening of reflection, grounding, and connection in community. No prior experience is needed, and sharing is always optional.
